The aim of this blog is to keep a record/history of the my training routine. This should indicate which part of the muscle group i spent more time on, and which muscle group i really should concentrate more of my time on. Hence this should provide a more balance training
regime.
At the moment, It is only intented to keep track of the records for 1 month, where by the history will be looked at, and possibly a more balance training schedule will be outlined.
